Our specialty is service calls and onsite service ... in other words we come to you.
Bench repair service is also available and we do accept shipped in items from anywhere in the country.
All Service Musical has been in business under my ownership and management since it was started way back in 1981 as KMA Electronics.
I personally have been repairing electronics since the mid-seventies. KMA stood for "Keeping Music Alive" the name was changed roughly 20 years ago to better reflect what it was that we do.
The shop was run as a full blown retail storefront operation up until July of 2017. Now that retail space in Portland has become too dear in cost and parking for customers virtually nonexistent I have shifted the focus of the business mostly to onsite service calls at the customers location.
I have now moved the business into a more affordable non retail location outside of the metro area and while I do still take in bench repairs I am concentrating a little more on onsite service calls these days than in the past and because of this I am by appointment only for pickups and drop offs.
Some of you who are reading this are already customers and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your business.
